Okay so for a lawyer, Twinkle Twat isn't not too bright. In the future let it be known that Hash Flour on public buildings could be construed as defacing public property. In Twinkle's case, the best of intents turned out to get him arrested, but thanksto the efforts of a few high placed friends, including the Sheriff himself, a disaster was mildly averted and minimized to only an embarassment.
